Knitted mandrakes from Harry Potter! Not sure how I feel…
John William Waterhouse, Penelope and the Suitors (1912)
Nick is the type of guy who breaks things. Like this thing Jess is knitting for her grandmother.
Another basket in a thick teal yarn for my sister. It’s quite a bit bigger and more rigid than the grey one, so she should be able to get good use out of it. The project in the cream yarn will one day be my grandmother’s gift for Mother’s Day. It’s Tunisian crochet, so it’s curling a bit, but that doesn’t matter much for the project.
Beautiful
does this look like the wrong side of a cabled jumper to anyone else??
